Alluvion Building, Perth, Western Australia
Project details: A whole-building lighting fit out – approximately 5,000 fittings over 14 floors.
Embracing the latest in environmental, energy efficient design, Alluvion aims to achieve a 4.5 star NABERS Rating and a 4 star Green Star Rating.
Mall upgrade, Centro Mandurah, Western Australia
Project details: A general lighting replacement program, supplying energy efficient lighting products.
The existing lighting was very old and not at all energy efficient. Moreover, the lighting levels were very low. 300 new 70w metal halide downlights were installed, increasing the lighting levels dramatically, while improving energy efficiency and reducing overall energy costs.
Mall upgrades, Centro Flinders, Western Australia
Project details: Upgrades to energy efficient lighting technology.
We provided new 28w T5 pendants to replace existing 400w MV recessed prismatic fittings, plus 80 new LED downlights to replace old MV downlights, which were not providing the correct light level – colour rendering was very poor. The main focus was on a holistic energy efficient lighting solution that makes full use of LED lighting to improve aesthetics.
Floor refurbishment, Durack Centre, Western Australia
Project details: An entire floor refurbishment.
We replaced 2x36w fittings with new 1x28w T5 louvre MIRO5 C/W air handling slots, compliant with AS1680 for offices and new BCA J6 requirements.
Car park LED lighting, Edith Cowan University (ECU), Western Australia
Project details: Extensive LED lighting replacements.
When choosing their lighting for two new car parks, ECU wanted to make their lighting more energy efficient, while also making maintenance easier.
We carried out some design work to ensure the new 112W LED street lighting we recommended complied with AS/NZS1158. The result was very impressive and now the existing 250w streetlights on the access roads have been upgraded to LED lighting as well.
